Regal has a brand new service available to multiple communities across the GTA and beyond: COMMUNITY SECURITY, Regal’s Mobile Security solution for residential neighbourhoods. Using our marked mobile patrol vehicles, we can conduct regularly scheduled patrols or randomize them to help keep unwanted people away.

During these patrols, a number of checks can be conducted: from exterior perimeter checks of every property to visual inspection of specific areas within your property, checking for locked doors and more, our licensed mobile security supervisors will perform the requested services “driveway-to-driveway” for residents who sign up within your community.

Efficiencies are created by having multiple residents within the same community participate. Further, the entire community benefits by having a visual deterrence of a marked vehicle conducting the mobile patrols. Typically, our mobile checks are completed overnight, when it’s dark and when fewer people are awake or outdoors at their property.
